The Voice of the White House
Washington, D.C. May 21, 2020: Working in the White House as a junior staffer is an interesting experience.
When I was younger, I worked as a summer-time job in a clinic for people who had moderate to severe mental problems and the current work closely, at times, echos the earlier one.
I am not an intimate of the President but I have encountered him from time to time and I daily see manifestations of his growing psychological problems.
He insults people, uses foul language, is frantic to see his name mentioned on main-line television and pays absolutely no attention to any advice from his staff that runs counter to his strange ideas.
He lies like a rug to everyone, eats like a hog, makes lewd remarks to female staffers and flies into rages if anyone dares to contradict him.
It is becoming more and more evident to even the least intelligent American voter that Trump is vicious, corrupt and amoral. He has stated often that even if he loses the
election in 2020, he will not leave the White House. I have news for Donald but this is not the place to discuss it. “
Comment for May 21, 2020:”God spare me from living in Interesting Times!
Here we have the coronavirus frenzy, the mindless media braying like a donkey with a hot sweet potato shoved up his ass, fake scientists making as much noise but without the sweet potato, hordes of sheep wearing useless masks surging back and forth on the social scene like drunks on New Year’s Eve, reams of fiction gushing forth in the sleazy internet scene like sewage from a broken pipe and overall, the idiot remarks by our mentally disturbed President that sound like tape recordings of a group therapy session in a back ward.
Interesting times?
Unproductive times, economically suicidal times to be sure.
And over all the milling, wailing and mindless chatter, the realization that a wolf is a much older species than man and far more intelligent.
When the human occupation of the planet peters out, trust me, all that will be left will be trees and wolves.
And peace and quiet.”

Comment for May 20, 2020:”I think that Trump’s next lunatic belief will be to suggest that American’s drink a cup of Drano to ward off Covid-19.
This man, president or not, is as crazy as they come and what is really shocking are the number of wierdo citizens who believe him.
If he said Jon Rappaport was a brilliant scientist, that Obama was a giant lizard, that the earth was flat or, even more deranged, that Jesus was coming down from a fictional heaven to help him with his election campaign, the pin-heads would jump up and down with joy and run around sceaming like Special Olympics particpants.
His father was an active member of the KKK and his great uncle was a senior officer in the Nazi SS but he poses as a friend of Israel (though not black people) and he was a close friend and supporter of Willis Carto.
Hootings of joy and gibbering in the back woods of America can be heard whenever Trump launches one of his illiterate and manic screeches on Twitter.
Trump might seriously consider sitting down firmly on a very hot wood stove while the saner citizens cheered with delight.
Upwind of course.”

Comment for May 19, 2020: “If Donald Trump were not sitting in the Oval Office, he would be sitting in a cell in the Federal Prison at Leavenworth, Kansas.
There is a thick file of information on Donald that shows him cheating on his income tax, involving himself in laundered drug money from the Russians and other entertaining activities.
It’s too bad Al Capone is dead or Trump could make him head of the CIA.
All of Washington seems to be aware of the failings of our Beloved Leader but so far, nothing has happened to him.

Comment for May 18, 2020: “There are expanding strong rumors inside the Beltway, that the European outbreak of coronavirus was not an accident nor was it an extension of the incident in China. Comment for May 17, 2020: ”If the general public, Republican right or Democratic left, were in the White House and could hear Trump in person, they would call the SPCA and have him caged and removed. Trump is not sane, believe me.
If anyone, be it a foreign head of state or the author of a posted news story about him, dares to either mock him or criticize his totally irrational actions, he flies into a screaming rage and threatens to obliterate the person or agency that dares to question, or worse, mock him.
And I mean a sceaming rage.
He fires anyone who crosses him and spews irrational hatred in the halls of the White House at the top of his lungs.
This man is not sane and does not belong in the Oval Office with his hands on the missle-launch codes. He belongs in an institution that is trained to deal with patients who harbor serious, permanent and untreatable, mental problems.”

The US Senate voted to let Trump spy on your search history. But all is not lost
The amendment, which 10 Democrats voted in favor of, can still be fought against. And we must
May 16, 2020
by Trevor Timm
The Guardian
In a shameful vote this week as part of an extension of the dreaded and controversial Patriot Act, the Senate handed William Barr and the Trump administration the ability to spy on Americans’ web browsing and internet search histories without a warrant.
The vote on a bipartisan amendment to protect this information from government surveillance sparked immediate outrage online – and deservedly so. Our web browsing and search histories contain the most intimate personal information. Any administration – let alone the draconian Trump justice department – should be required to comply with the fourth amendment before trawling through it.
Depressingly, the amendment failed to pass the 60-vote threshold by exactly one vote, 59-37, with two Democratic caucus members, including Bernie Sanders, failing to show up. “As far as I can tell we lost because there were some people absent,” Ron Wyden, who co-sponsored the bill with Republication senator Steve Daines, told Politico.
Even worse, 10 Democrats – including Dianne Feinstein, Sheldon Whitehouse and Mark Warner – sided with Mitch McConnell and the Trump administration and voted against the provision. Time and again, when it comes to privacy and civil liberties issues some Democrats have consistently sided with the Trump administration, despite portraying the president as lawless and unaccountable on a variety of subjects. It never ceases to be infuriating.
But lost in the mix of this damaging loss for privacy, and perhaps even because of it, was some very good news. A second privacy-focused amendment to the Patriot Act – one that garnered far less coverage but is potentially even more substantive – did pass overwhelmingly on Wednesday night. Because the substance of the amendment was much harder to fit into a headline, it received a fraction of the attention. But it may be because the vote on web browsing histories sparked immediate outrage on Twitter, politicians from both parties felt the need to accept it.
The amendment, known as the Leahy-Lee amendment – named after its bipartisan co-sponsors Patrick Leahy and Mike Lee – reforms the secretive foreign intelligence surveillance (Fisa) court in a significant way. The Fisa court, which authorizes national security and foreign intelligence surveillance on US soil, first came to the general public’s attention during the Snowden disclosures.
The court, for decades, would listen to the government’s side of an argument for new surveillance powers in complete secrecy, and almost never heard from the civil liberties perspective. The court was known to rubber-stamp virtually anything the FBI or NSA asked for. This one-sided system, as the New York Times reported at the time, carved out classified exceptions to the fourth amendment and “created a secret body of law giving the National Security Agency the power to amass vast collections of data on Americans” without the public knowing about it.
After the Snowden disclosures, Congress was forced to create an amicus curiae – or “friend of the court” – position, which at very limited times and at the court’s discretion, would be allowed to resist the government’s arguments. Even though the position was extremely restricted, over the past several years, it has been shown to work on the few occasions it’s been used.
The Leahy-Lee amendment significantly strengthens the amicus position, giving the court’s civil liberties representative much more latitude to access classified information and broadens their ability to weigh in on virtually all cases that may infringe upon the civil liberties of Americans.
And here’s where it gets interesting. The House passed a different version of a Patriot Act extension back in March, so now the Senate’s version has to go back to the House, so the bills can match up. It gives privacy advocates another opportunity to get through even more robust changes, like the Wyden amendment protecting our Google search data.
This issue is not the same partisan fight that we have become so accustomed to in Washington. Instead of a Republican-Democrat split, like so many issues in recent years, the fight over privacy and the Patriot Act has pitted a bipartisan left-right coalition against the moderate, pro-national security state establishment of both parties. Many Republicans crossed the line to vote with the majority of Democrats, while 10 Democrats sided with Barr and the Trump administration to hand them this power.
While it’s incredibly depressing Congress has failed to protect online privacy as it has become this generation’s seminal issue, the fight is not over. Especially if representatives hear loud and clear how much this issue means to Americans.

Comment for May 16, 2020:” A copy of an email from a reader and contributor
’CIA and Coronavirus article
Sirs: This article has arrived at my computer and I was very much impressed with the concept that the CIA was responsible for the coronavirus appearance in Europe. I was able to check, and verify, the institution in Milan that has been working on this. It is owned by a Swiss holding company. Through a connection, I was able to verify absolutely that this Swiss company is owned by two Americans, resident in Vienna, Virginia. Also that they both worked for the CIA! Do you realize how dangerous this is? How many people have already died? Why would the CIA do such a thing? It was not an accident, no one now believes. I sent your article and my own findings to about 500 people and I assure you this is spreading around. Someone published this later in Russia and this sickness is doing damage there. You say it is to allow your government to stop the big election because the disease will prohibit any gathering of people and that if the voting is by mail, it can be interdicted and controlled. This makes 100% excellent sense! This Trump is very dangerous and for the good of every country, including China as well, and should be removed from his high office before he does more fatal damage. I will send you pictures of the Milan laboratory and some other pictures of those who work there soon. Keep up on this and let me know if the American authorities come after you. Get names!’”

Comment for May 15, 2020:”There is a growing ground-swell of information that there are improbable flaws in the coronavirus business. And Trump’s total inablilty to lead anyone but himself is becoming more and more evident. America was once the world’s leader but no longer. Trump’s bizarre words and action, caused by his mental problems, has alienated the United States from the rest of the world. Comment for May 14, 2020:” A highly confidential in-house memo sent by the director of communications in the White House to POTUS (President of the United States) has surfaced.
It concerns the November elections and addresses certain plans now in train to control the outcome. A copy of this memo was sent to Joe Biden and also to various media (Internet media) outlets.
‘The result of this dissemination is that Google has been strngly advised to mock the concept and to publish at the top of the subject file comments about “fake news.”
………
‘The Repubican gerrymandering plan aka REDMAP, has had success is purging the voter rolls of minorities and other entities who would vote for a Democratic ticket but the new plan, FALCONSTRIKE, is much more direct.
The experiment to see if public reportage of a purported new disease spreading amongst the poplation requiring that all public meetings, and meeting places such as restauraants and motion picture theaters must be closed down to minimize the spread of the disease.
This program has proven to be effective and now FALCONSTRIKE II, aimed at the November elections, is in train.
………..
The social media and the informational sites have all been very strongly advised to avoid any mention of rigging or any discussion of the use of a new outbreak of coronavirus shutting down public voting.
Since a forced shut-down of the election would certaily be met with public uproar, the next step will be to move actual public voting to a vote-by-mail procedure.
On the suface this would appear to be acceptable to the public but in actuality, it would be easy to control and the outcome would be guaranteed to declare President TRUMP the winner.” The memo firmly but politely (and respectfully) requests POTUS to avoid any reference to the above matters in his TWITTER postings….”

Comment for May 12, 2020:”Our Beloved Leder is a narcissist. He thinks only of himself, his needs, his global importance, his worship by the rest of humanity. In that context, a most interesting study by a CIA specialist that got filched from secret Langley files and is now making the rounds here in DC, bizarre though it might sounds, in context with Trump’s mental problems makes complete, if criminally warped, sense. The thesis is that Trump realizes that he could somehow lose the next Presidential election. He could not accept this under any circumstances so he has been plotting to thwart his enemies, gain massive support by selected voters and remain in power. What is the plan? Firstly, to see if were possible to block a public election in November. He found he could when the corona virus conveniently broke out in Europe and America. It was not the same disease that conviently broke out in advance in China. He and his crime partners were able to use this to shut everything down…sports events, busineses, retail stores and even mass transit. From this he deduced that if a “renewal” of the virus broke out, say, in late October of this year, by election time, the polls would be shut down “to protect people from the deadly virus.” But they could vote be mail. To control this, Trump has cunningly threatened to shut off financial support for the USPS unless, of course, they cooperated with the perpetuation of his reign. A sick man whose mental illness doesn’t care how many people die but only that his glory continues to shine upon the American people.”
