Turning and turning in the widening gyre

The falcon cannot hear the falconer;

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;

Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,

The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere

The ceremony of innocence is drowned;

The best lack all conviction, while the worst

Are full of passionate intensity.

The Second Coming

by W.B. Yeats

Sinners, wrung with true repentance,
Doomed for guilt to endless pains,
Justice now revokes the sentence,
Mercy calls you; break your chains.

Comments:”There was a time in the recent past when Donald Trump was respected by many and, as always, loved by himself. But those days are fading into the past and his abberations, mental problems, erratic behavior and more are becoming more and more evident to even the densest inhabitant of the nation. As his powerbase shrinks and the public becomes more disdainful, Trump will scream, fight and connive to the point that in the end, if he does not have a heart attack, he will leave the White House in the back of an ambulance, screaming for help.” Continue Reading »

Comments: “There is no reason for me to harp anymore on the Corona virus con jobs. Anyone with an IQ over 20 ought to be able to see through the terror-hype.

I notice that the main-line media somehow is ignoring almost everything but the death virus but eventually, hopeful sooner rather than later, the public will grow tired of the shrill nonsense and stop reading about it.

Then the media and its friends on the Internet will move on to some other ordered theme and corona virus will vanish from sight.

I suppose the dread TF disease will crop up next.

TF?

Why Terminal Flatulence.

Endemic in Washington.”

Many people believe Jesus, if he existed at all, will be coming back from the dead to take them on a picnic or that vaccine causes hair loss and hammer toes, or that Donald Trump has an IQ over ten and was sent to the US by God Himself to save us all!

The Voice of the White House
Comments: “It has been brought to my attention, by a participant, that certain highly illegal practices are being committed at the U.S. Army base at Ft. Huachuca in Arizona.

It seems that a large number of illegals use routes through the rough countryside ,south and west of the base, to illegally enter the United States. Among these groups, it is alleged, a number of non-Latinos can be found and many of them, but not all certainly, are persons hostile to American interests.

What happens is this: The Border Patrol interdicts groups en route to Highway 10. If they can identify any foreigners, i.e., not Central or South Americans, they notify the Army people at Huachuca. These non-Latinos are then separated by the Army and removed to a  “secure location” on the base where they are “severely interrogated” by contract workers. There is always a member of the U.S. Army CIC present at these sessions.

When the interrogators have finished their work, the tortured individuals are taken out into the desert, stripped of their shoes and socks and dumped out. These dumping places are selected because of their remoteness and the impossibility for the victim to find any kind of civilization, food or water.

Obviously, they die of exposure.  Neither a quick nor a pleasant death but a sure one. And no bullet holes or broken bones to accuse.

This method of removal was chosen over the standard shot in the neck because if the dessicated bodies are ever found, it is immediately assumed that they were illegals who had gone astray.

I am sure you realize that such conduct, even if Trump personally ordered it, (which, given his vicious nature would not be surprising)  is completely illegal and severely punished under American law.

There will be further information on this subject in the future.

From August, 2018 to date, the following breakdown of those terminated with extreme prejudice (actually a CIA term for offing one of their own agents) reads as follows:

Australian/New Zealand    16

Yemini                              8

Chinese                           31

Philippinos                       13

UAE                                  9

Venezuelans                     31

Turkmenstani                     4

Pakistani                          32

The Voice of the White House
Comments: “Here is a nasty, racist bit of old propganda that someone found in the files and Xerox copies of which are now all over the White House:

Nigger Doodle Dandy:The New National Anthem

Yankee Doodle is no more,

Sunk his name and station;

Nigger Doodle takes his place,

And favors amalgamation.

CHORUS:

Nigger Doodle’s all the go,

Ebony shins and bandy

“Loyal” people all must bow

To Nigger Doodle dandy.

The white breed is under par

It takes the rich a-ramy,

Give us something black as tar,

Give us “Old Dahomey.”

CHORUS: Nigger Doodle’s all the go,

Ebony shins and bandy

“Loyal” people all must bow

To Nigger Doodle dandy.

Blubber lips are killing sweet,

And kinky heads are splendid;

And oh, it makes such bully feet

To have the heels extended.

CHORUS: Nigger Doodle’s all the go,

Ebony shins and bandy

“Loyal” people all must bow

To Nigger Doodle dandy

Trump does not like black people (after all, his father was a member of the KKK) and I am told he was “delighted” with the Xerox when he saw a copy.

Comments:“In these times, as earlier, great hordes of the public thrive on conspiracy theories because it gives them a feeling of being part of something large and thrilling.

I have studied conspiracy stories for years and have come to the conclusion that 99% of them are the result of stupidity and the attempts to cover it up.

“But the birds were seen flying the other way! Isn’t that significant? Daily Kos has an excellent article on these suspicious birds, written by a Famous Scientist (who doesn’t want his name used, of course)”

Bureaucracies are filled with people who couldn’t get a real job and whose government paychecks ought to be gift-wrapped.

Governments are desperate to prevent any kind of a public uproar that might disturb the status quo so they lie, not to cover up plots but to cover theirs, and others, political asses.

The recent global eruption of the Corona virus, fatal to a few and harmless to the many, is a typical example. The underlying cause of this is gross neglect and criminal carelessness not only on the part of the gross incompetence of the President and his associated staff but also on the even worse stupidity of the main-line media.

And they accomplish this enormous economic and social havoc by use of the breathless invented stories and, most important, by having their pet “bloggers” and paid website managers concoct weird stories about terrible dangers to entire populations, lock-ups, useless paper masks.

The credulous public, ever frantic for more and increasingly thrilling conspiracies to nurture their small egos, will get their hands on these inventions, water and fertilize them and send them around to others with their own little invented additions.

In the end, the criminal stupidity is effectively masked by the created images and management and government can prepare for the next disinformation campaign.

Those who believe in mysterious conspiracies ought to recognize that they have become unknowing parts of a real conspiracy, the conspiracy of obfuscation, lies and official disinformation.

This applies, equally, to the Katrina disaster, the SEA tsunami, 911, the Kennedy assassination, severe weather events, ship sinkings and on and on.

Pick one of the above and Google it to see that the number of breathless conspiracy sites proliferate like fungus after a good rain.”

Comments: “ Great Corona Virus Fraud marches on.

In fact, this virus, touted as being a global disaster, is an outright fraud.

The virus, which is nothing more than a common cold, is claimed to be killing half the planet when in reality, it is far less deadly than the annual flu epidemics.

Far less.

Why is this?

Someone wants to screw up the US economy and the air-headed “reputable” internet media is being of huge assistance.

The masks involved could in no way interdict the passage of the virus so insistence on wearing them is like forcing everyone in the country to wear Santa hats when in public.           We are publishing a number of negative comments this scam from legitimate medical sources.

Enjoy!”

TOTAL COVID-19 CASES WORLDWIDE

10.75 million

TOTAL COVID-19 DEATHS WORLDWIDE

516,370

TOTAL RECOVERIES WORLDWIDE

5.50 million

Full Global Tracker | U.S. Tracker

Data as of July 2, 2020 1:09 PM (GMT)

These figures seem impressive but they mean nothing. They do show that over ten million people have contracted the corona virus and that of this number, one half a million died and five and a half million recovered. If these figures are correct, there is a huge number unaccounted for.

Here are various comments from reputable medical sources:

‘The latest estimates are that 80 percent of the people who get infected with the new coronavirus will experience a mild or moderate form of disease. Roughly 15 percent will develop a severe form of the disease requiring hospitalization. Some 5 percent will become critically ill. COVID-19 is more dangerous for elderly people or people suffering from other infections or ailments.

          Doctors without borders

.’People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

Fever or chills

Cough

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Headache

Sore throat

Congestion or runny nose’

CDC

‘Most people who get COVID-19 have mild or moderate symptoms and can recover and eliminate the virus from their bodies

Older people, and people with pre-existing medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and heart disease appear to be more vulnerable to becoming severely ill with the virus.’

WHO

All of these observation can be summed up by a virologist from a New York hospital who said…”that Corona virus is contagious but about as dangerous as case of the sniffles.’

New Data Show The Coronavirus Is Less Lethal Than First Thought

May 27, 2020

NPR

Scientists have found evidence that the coronavirus is less deadly than it first appeared — for Americans infected with the coronavirus, the chance of dying appears to be less than 1 in 100.

AILSA CHANG, HOST:

About 1.7 million people have been infected by the coronavirus in the U.S., and scientists are finding evidence that the virus is both more common and less deadly than it first appeared. NPR’s Jon Hamilton reports.

JON HAMILTON, BYLINE: The evidence is coming from places like Indiana. Nir Menachemi is the Chair of Health Policy and Management at Indiana University’s Fairbanks College of Public Health. He says when COVID-19 first arrived in the state, he got a call from the governor’s office. They wanted to know how many people had been infected and how many would die.

NIR MENACHEMI: It was really difficult to know for sure. And not just in our state, but frankly in any state.

HAMILTON: That’s because health officials only knew about people who had been sick enough to get tested for the virus. And Menachemi says that number can be misleading.

MENACHEMI: It doesn’t capture the vast number of people out there that might also be infected but not seeking medical care.

HAMILTON: So in late April, Menachemi led a study of more than 4,600 people statewide. Participants got two tests. The first was the standard test that looks for the virus itself. It shows whether you have an active infection. The second was a new type of test that looks for antibodies to the virus in a person’s blood. It detects people who were infected but have recovered. Menachemi says the study showed that coronavirus had infected about 3% of the state’s population, or 188,000 people.

MENACHEMI: That 188,000 people represented about 11 times more people than conventional selective testing had identified in the states to that point.

HAMILTON: And nearly half of infected people reported having no symptoms at all. Menachemi says it was like finally seeing the entire coronavirus iceberg instead of just the part above the water. And that allowed his team to calculate something called the infection fatality rate, the odds that an infected person will die. Menachemi says Indiana’s fatality rate turned out to be about 0.6% or roughly 1 death for every 175 people who got infected.

MENACHEMI: That doesn’t sound like a lot, but it’s a very infectious disease that kills at a rate almost six times greater than seasonal flu.

HAMILTON: Still, it’s much lower than earlier fatality estimates based on people who got sick. Some of those exceeded 5%. And the results in Indiana are similar to those of antibody studies in several other areas. New York, for example, appears to have a death rate between 0.5 and 0.8%. Caitlin Rivers is an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.

CAITLIN RIVERS: The current best estimates for the infection fatality risk are between a half a percent and 1%.

HAMILTON: She says a few studies have found much lower rates, but they have flaws.

RIVERS: They may have enrolled people who are more likely to have been infected than would have been ideal

HAMILTON: For example, a study in Santa Clara, Calif. used Facebook to find volunteers, a tactic unlikely to attract a random sample. Rivers says calculating the overall infection fatality rate for the U.S. is very useful for researchers but less so for individuals.

RIVERS: So thankfully, children and young adults are at low risk of severe illness and death. But older adults are at quite high risk of severe illness and death.

HAMILTON: Studies suggest a healthy young person’s chance of dying from an infection is less than 1 in 1000. For someone with health problems in their 90s, though, it can be greater than 1 in 10. And Juliette Unwin, a research fellow at Imperial College London, says that means different states in the U.S. should expect different infection fatality rates.

JULIETTE UNWIN: Places like Maine and Florida, we find that the infection fatality ratio is higher than in other places where the demographic is younger.

HAMILTON: Unwin is part of a large team in the U.K. that is monitoring both infection and mortality from coronavirus in the U.S. The team puts the infection fatality rate for the U.S. at somewhere between 0.7% and 1.2%.

Jon Hamilton, NPR News.

In short, the hysterical media coverage of this minor virus is mostly self-serving invention and heightened nonsense. More people die yearly from the regular flu than from corona virus but either the reporters and editors of mainline media are stupid beyond belief or this frenzy is part of some manipulation.
