The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C., February 29, 2016: “Rumblings of nearly hysterial nature from both the domestic, and foreign, press. In this case, the cat droppings in their sock is Donald Trump. At first he was dismissed as a laughable eccentric and ignored but as he gained deligates and outdistanced his rival by significant percentages, then the media began its comical wailing. The establishment does not know how to cope with Trump but he is becoming very popular with an American public who is sick to death with the stupid, venial and totally corrupt organs of the government. They are fed up with chronic and growing unemployment, the lunatic fringe like the militant Jesus Freaks and lovers of Israel who all try to force their undigestable agendas down the throats of the public. They want, no they demand, change but this never comes. Candidates wave their arms and lie to the voters like threadbare rugs. Once the get in office, the promises vanish like a snowball in hell and the endless game goes on. Trump puts one in mind of Teddy Roosevelt and his attacks on the powerful railroad barons of his day.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C., February 28, 2016: “The key factors that spawned international terrorism show no signs of abating over the next 15 years.

Facilitated by global communications, the revival of Muslim identity will create a framework for the spread of radical Islamic ideology inside and outside the Middle East, including Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Western Europe, where religious identity has traditionally not been as strong.

This revival has been accompanied by a deepening solidarity among Muslims caught up in national or regional separatist struggles, such as Palestine, Chechnya, Iraq, Kashmir, Mindanao, and southern Thailand, and has emerged in response to government repression, corruption, and ineffectiveness.

Informal networks of charitable foundations, and other mechanisms will continue to proliferate and be exploited by radical elements; alienation among unemployed youths will swell the ranks of those vulnerable to terrorist recruitment.

It is estimated, acccording to a CIA evaluation, that by 2020 al-Qa’ida will be superceded by similarly inspired Islamic extremist groups, and there is a substantial risk that broad Islamic movements akin to al-Qa’ida will merge with local separatist movements.

Information technology, allowing for instant connectivity, communication, and learning, will enable the terrorist threat to become increasingly decentralized, evolving into an eclectic array of groups, cells, and individuals that do not need a stationary headquarters to plan and carry out operations. Training materials, targeting guidance, weapons know-how, and fund-raising will become virtual (i.e., online).

Terrorist attacks will continue to primarily employ conventional weapons, incorporating new twists and constantly adapting to counterterrorist efforts. Terrorists probably will be most original not in the technologies or weapons they use but rather in their operational concepts—i.e., the scope, design, or support arrangements for attacks.

Strong terrorist interest in acquiring chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons increases the risk of a major terrorist attack involving WMD.

The greatest concern is that terrorists might acquire biological agents or, less likely, a nuclear device, either of which could cause mass casualties.

Bioterrorism appears particularly suited to the smaller, better-informed groups. The CIA  also expect that terrorists will attempt cyber attacks to disrupt critical information networks and, even more likely, to cause physical damage to information systems.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C., February 27, 2016: “I have learned from a source in the Chase Manhattan bank that his people are scared literally shitless over the news, gleaned from a very competent German intelligence service, that a group, totally off the screen, not Muslim and probably American-based, have managed to crack the entrance information into the electronic, international banking wire and transfer system. These are:

SWIFT (Bruxelles)

Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Transaction

CHAPS (London)

Clearing House Automated Payments System

CHIPS (New York) – Private Sector

Clearing House Interbank Payments System

FEDWIRE (New York) – US Government

Fedwire Funds Service

If, as the German reports have rumored, someone or some group successfully sabotages these systems, the world of international banking and the entire country would suffer a terrible blow that would take months, if not years, to recover from. Billions of dollars in bank transfers would vanish instantly and replicating the data, if the attackers know what they are doing, would take eons to try to replace. For instance, the BofA transfers $200.000,000 to a bank in Germany and in a nano second, the transfer vanishes.

No money is sent and none received.

I do not know if this operation is connected with other very disruptive activities that our Brave Defenders of Liberty are trying to track but the Germans seem to feel that the elements involved are not Arabs or Russians but Americans because of the idiomatic English in the messages they have decoded.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 26, 2016: “In mid-1998 British officials investigating Russian organized criminal activities brought the attention of US authorities to a link between YBM Magnex, a front company for suspected Russian gangster Semyon Yukovich Mogilevich, and Benex, a firm owned by Peter Berlin, the husband of one of the subsequently-suspended Bank of New York (hereinafter ‘BNY’) vice-presidents. From October 1998 to March 1999, $4.2 billion in suspect money passed through the BNY accounts of Benex and other firms. Investigators allowed the account to remain open after March of 1999 as they continued their probe, and the total amount laundered eventually proved to be in excess of $10 billion. In August 1999, Swiss banks in Geneva discovered massive fraud involving Swiss banks and local prosecutors immediately froze 22 accounts of Russian individuals and corporate entities, worth a total of $15 million.

The growing evidence of  international criminal wrongdoing extended far beyond suspected organized crime figures like Mogilevich and point to high-level officials in the US and Russia. Investigators began to look into whether funds from the subsequently insolvent Russian bank, Menatep, were also involved in money laundering at BNY. Menatep was then owned by Russian oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky and employed, as a senior executive, Konstantin Kagalovsky.

Federal officials, in the main, the New York office of the FBI in conjunction with their counterparts in Britain and Switzerland, launched an in-depth an investigation of what later proved to be the largest money-laundering scheme in US history.

The investigation revealed that billions of dollars from Russia, the bulk of it from Russian criminal elements, were channeled through accounts at the Bank of New York. Two BNY vice-presidents were initially suspended as a result of the probe.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 25, 2016:”It is amusing to watch the reporting by much of the media about the progress of Donald Trump. The more left-wing the media is, the more they try to inform their viewers that Trump really is a huge failure and that no one will vote for him. And when he wins, there has been muted, grumpy, silence and more gushing for the left-wing candidates. What both the media and the left wing do not realize is that the American public is sick to death of the muddle-headed twits that are running the country. They are tired of corruption and incompetence and Trump is resonating with his forceful views. And what you see with Mr.Trump is just excactly what you get. Not so with the other, very predictable candidates. The UK Guardian, a decent entity but left of center, acts as if the Lord Satan, lashing tail and all, is poised to poison all the North American continent! In the end, it is the public that always determines and the fringe groups and their spokesmen who lose.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 24, 2016:”There is an old saying, often attributed to the Mafia, that says, “Keep your friends close but  keep your enemies closer.” The history of Israeli-American relations is replete with examples of this sentence. When President Harry Trumen, initially a supporter of Isreali independence, was told how Zionist gangs were commiting atrocities against the Arab population of Palestine, he blocked the shipment of arms and explosives from the United States. Following this, the Zionist Stern Gang tried to kill Truman by sending him anthrax germs in a letter. When this was discovered, the Stern Gang members responsible were tracked down, in Canada and Cuba and killed by American agents. This pattern of behavior did not cease with the dumping of Stern Gang members into a Canadia hog farm but has continued to this day.” Continue Reading »

Comment: A public relations firm has noticed us that an article from The Guardian stated that George H.W. Bush was on the staff of Brown Brothers, Harriman. Our informant has stated, on behalf of the company, that George H.W. Bush was never a member of this company. They wished us to make a suitable acknowledgement of this, which we are doing. It is true that Prescott Bush, father of George H.W. Bush, was a member of the firm. Prescott Bush did receive a high Nazi decoration, the German Eagle Order, from Adolf Hitler but his son only started two wars and is reputed to have negotiated with the Saudis on certain acts of violence.

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 23, 2016: “The reason this site does not do extensive coverage of the domestic political scene is because it is not worth the time or the trouble to do so. The real issues of massive unemployment, climate change and a looming mortgage and property title scam are swept under the official carpet and the watchword is ‘not on my watch, sweetheart.’ But postponement is not abandonment and our next president will have a reeking garbage can of problems to deal with. The current gang will all be living on Aruba with their bribe money, laughing over cocktails at the problems they now have nothing to worry about.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 22, 2016: “The Turks are not  noted for being compassionate or decent people. In 1916, with the aid of the Kurds, they massacred hundred of thousands of Christian Armenian men, women and children. This was the real Holocaust of the 20th century but one seldom spoken of because Turkey, for money, became an American ally in their silent war with Russia. But now that the stolen Syrian oil  is no longer shipped to Turkey (who kept some of it and shipped the rest, for money, to the US via Israel) and the CIA has other bases from which to spy on Russia, Turkey is on a slippery slope. Her former Kurdish allies are demanding independence from Turkish rule and the Turks, having alienated Russia, are now doing to thieir Kurdish population what they did to the Armenians. Slight wonder that the US is backing away from supporting Turkey. Besides, Turkey has no oil or gas so, like a Saudi Arabia that is running out of oil, Turkey cannot rely on the United States to support her murderous activities.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 21, 2016: “There is strong and growing anger in the United States, and elsewhere, over the menace of mass surveillance of the public by government agencies. Private parties, political organiztions, business entities are all spied on regularly by the governments. If they do not now spy on children, they have the capacity to do so at any time. A business friendly to the government has its rivals spied on and inside information given to them and, let us say, someone who is viewed as a potential political nuisance is also subject to all kinds of surveillance. But what the agencies do not know is that they, themselves, are being spied on and their most secret communication read on a daily basis. For instance, someone was able to obtain a list of the CIA’s German governmental individuals who had been subverted by the CIA to pass sensitive information to Langley. This person promptly passed the list to the German BND. Also, very top level discussions about dissing Turkey as an ally, parallel with similar talks about ditching the Saudis (who are running out of oil) are being passed around. How is this mirror-image channel operating? It is called the “Deep Internet.” This is a system that the government cannot break into, try as they do. It was set up by advanced computer experts to communicate with each other free of domestic spies. That it has expanded is beyond a doubt and someone recently told me that there are no more secrets in the world and the only way for a person to keep a secret is to tell no one else and put nothing down on paper, or file on the Internet.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. February 20, 2016: “When the US asked their Saudi oil-producing friends to lower the price of oil to hurt Putin’s Russian economy, they opened a Pandora’s Box of economic disaster. Yes, the price of oil dropped and Russian exports were lowered but the price of oil refused to rise again with the result that the Saudi economy began to sag and crumble. The Saudis are Sunni and detest the Shi’ite branch of the Muslim faith. It is their goal to take control of Shi’ite countries and set up a Sunni oligarchy with themselves in control. Unfortunately, this program, using a Saudi-raised ISIS, is starting to fall apart, thanks to Russian intervention in the Mid-East circus. Turkey, another economic ally of America, was cut off from free, stolen Syrian oil and retaliated by attacking the Russians. The Russians, who have fought 17 wars with Turkey8 in the past and won them all, retaliated with economic sanctions against Turkey and also by supporting Kurdish separatists. At least one step ahead of his economic enemies, Putin is obviously winning the match. The Saudis are approaching bankruptcy but because American gasoline is cheap, no one in Washington wants to force oil up with a presidential election so close.” Continue Reading »
