During the 40 weeks that the TBRnews site has been in operation, we have received a large number of documents and position papers, as well foreign and domestic military and domestic intelligence reports.

The one part of our website that receives the most attention is ‘Controlling the News,” a series of in-house memos from the corporate offices of a major news source. Initially put up solely as a space-filler, this posting has received many thousands of hits daily. One of the most often stated requests is that we post more than brief excerpts of these very important papers.

However, to do this would take a great deal of extra time and we had hoped to answer our many requests by simply enlarging the excerpts.

Now, it has gotten to the point that we feel there is enough material coming in that simply is either too controversial or too lengthy to put up in the time frame allowed.

For this reason, tbrnews is instituting an Electronic Journal for the benefit of those readers who want expanded coverage.

Because of the extra time involved in its preparation, it is proving necessary to produce this Journal on a subscription basis.

This Journal will appear on a weekly basis and when documents are too lengthy, we will serialize the more important ones until a full coverage can be accomplished.

The Journal will in no way diminish the materials now being posted but will be an in-depth supplement for interested viewers.
