The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 11, 2016:” When I read about certain American states legalizing marijuana growing and selling, it occurred to me that Federal law always supersedes state law. If the State of California, for instance, legalized the purchase of automatic weapons by minors, the BATF could, and would, arrest small children with automatic weapons. This is now the case with so-called medical marijuana but especially with any cash that might be lying around carelessly in bank accounts or safes. Arrests are not made but cash and other valuables are “confiscated” and the marijuana destroyed. Government agents have been seizing millions of dollars from travelers without recourse and will continue to do so with impunity.Because of thieving that goes on at airports by the TSA goons, I never fly commercial but always on private aircraft. The highway police in many states pull over expensive out of state cars and grab any money they can find. In older days these men were called highwaymen but now they are called highway police.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 10, 2016:”The American neo-cons are frantically supporting Hillary because she totally supports their anti-Russian plans and, in addition, is an even stronger supporter of Israel’s expansionist plans in the Middle East. Hillary is deceitful, suffers from blackouts (a number of which have been seen by millions on television) and savage in her behavior to her staff and to anyone who dares to contradict her or thwarts her plans. The troubled waters of the Middle East should have quieting oil poured onto them, not having the oil set on fire. As the campaign progresses, more and more negative and very accurate, information about Clinton is certain to emerge. Her personal emails, some of which are starting to circulate, sound like advertisements for X-Hamster.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 9, 2016:”Although I do  not consider myself to be a Hillary Clinton fan, I admit to having mixed emotions about her mental state. I once worked in Washington and know many officials still there and many of them are aware of various psychological and now, physical, problems she had and does have now. Two Secret Service agents I know, both now retired, have said she had Borderline Personality Disorder when she was First Lady. She would suddenly, and for no reason, erupt into screaming rages directed any anyone near her, staff, her husband, Secret Service agents, government officials and others. Now, I think her bizarre public behavior has become evident to a large number of the American public. There are far too many television clips circulating and increasing discussion by legitimate sources about her serious impairments to ignore them or blame them on the Republicans or the Russians. Hillary Clinton is quite simply unfit to occupy the Oval Office and ought to have the good grace to withdraw from the race but such is not the way of those who have had power and crave for more. Her personal staff and her family may suffer her incoherent rages and bizarre behavior but the country ought not to.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 8, 2016:”The rush by the American media to support Hillary Clinton’s bid for the White House seems to have ignored certain aspects of their favored candidate’s persona. That she is a mean and spiteful person is never discussed. The possibility of erotic personal computer messages from the candidate to other women emerging from the Wikileaks trolling of her personal computer, as well as that of the DNC, is never discussed. And there is the serious manifestation of mental disturbances, clearly seen by millions on national television recently. Her bizarre behavior on the platform is by no means a secret that the media can cover up. An individuals with her very evident neurological problems ought never to be put in any position of stress and the White House is filled with daily stresses of domestic and foreign natures. Hillary, under these circumstances, is more to be pitied than censured but she ought not to be allowed to drive a vehicle on the streets, let alone occupy the Oval Office.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 7, 2016:” With the savage Israeli bombing and artillery attack on the civilian population of Gaza under the specious excuse of “anti-terrorist” actions, there are very few people, outside of Israel, who actually understand the underlying reasons for this decades-long and very bloody struggle between Israel and all of her Arab neighbors. Many historians are, in fact, well aware of the underlying  factors but few, if any, would dare to discuss them in light of the savage retaliation that would immediately be visited upon them by pro-Israeli entities.

Forced out of Roman-controlled Judea by the Romans following a long and bloody series of revolts, internal massacres and destructive activities, the Jews were eventually expelled from Judea and went to reside in various places such as Alexandria, Egypt.

These deportees are today known as Sephardic Jews and are the descendants of the original Semitic inhabitants of Judea.

Another, larger, group of Jews are called Ashkenazi and are the direct descendents of the Khazar tribes of Central Asia. Originally nomadic peoples, the Khazars were located on the west bank of the Caspian Sea, noted for their savage behavior and in about 700 AD, were converted by their king to Judaism.

Defeated by the Russians, the Khazars spread to Russia, what is now Poland and other eastern European areas. They are not Semitic by background and today, 95% of the citizens of Israel are descended from these nomads, which were composed of Mongols, the occasional Swedish rus or Viking and other diverse ethnic groups.

The oft-repeated claim by Israel that they were the original inhabitants of Judea or Palestine is, from a historical point of view, entirely false.

Modern Zionism was the creation of Theodor Herzl (1860-1904) a Hungarian Jewish writer who advocated a Jewish state in Palestine. That the area was occupied, as it had been for thousands of years, by Arabs, themselves of Semitic origins, did not seem to bother the modern Zionists at all.

Following the end of the Second World War when huge masses of Eastern European Jews had been displaced from their countries in Poland, the Baltic states, Hungry, Romania, Greece, Germany, Austria and other European countries, they decided to move to Palestine and form their own state.

From 1944 through 1948, the entire area was subject to a literal reign of terror as large groups of DPs (Displaced Persons) descended on Palestine, wreaking havoc on the area. Murders, kidnappings, bombings, counterfeiting, bank robberies, blowing up hotels full of people and drive-by shootings were commonplace.

Eventually, the disruptions proved to be too much for the British, who occupied Palestine after the First World War and the collapse of the Ottoman Empire which once controlled it, withdrew and in 1948, the state of Israel was proclaimed.

A detailed chronicle of these events was prepared by the United Nations in 1948 and covers the period from November 6, 1944 through September 17, 1948 and is a concise and very detailed coverage of the events in Palestine. It is far too long to post but can be found, in its entirely, at:http://www.tbrnews.org/Archives/a1973.htm#002

To anyone not conversant with this detailed background, who wonders why the Palestinians, and later the entire Arab Middle East world hates Israel, a study of the UN report immediately puts the motivating factors behind the long-ongoing bloodshed in accurate perspective.

What is past is certainly prologue.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 6, 2016: “What is in the uncovered DNC communications that is causing so much well-concealed panic in that organization?

There has descended a public curtain of silence over these “secret” emails but Wikileaks has thousands of them and hiding them from the view of the American public will not be a successful program. What has been known, and is known, is that there are very graphic personal messages from, and to, the top leaders of the DNC. These are often of an erotic nature and are written by, and to, women. This can explain the sudden resignations by members of the DNC. Erotic scandals duiring the election campaign are not the sort of thing the DNC wants the American voters to read.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 5, 2016:” Having lunch with a friend who is an elevated personage in one of our alphabet agenies, I learn that the US is fed up with the growing political problems in Turkey and is going to distance herself as far as possible. Erdogan is on his was to becoming a repressive dictator, he is obviously not an honest man, he is in league with the Saudi-created IS people, he hates Kurds and is making savage war on them (and they will win in the end) and he relied too heavily on the machinations of the CIA vis a vis Russia and lost that game totally. He threatens the Germans and the US has learned that Erodgan has it in mind to sieze hydrogen bombs we have stored in his country. Unstable, dishonest and a trouble-maker, it would not be surprising if some lone wolf assassinated him. That seems to be the fate of any person who annoys the CIA or its associates. Good advice to travelers: Don’t travel to Turkey.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 4, 2016:” “At one point in time, many years ago, the American public read their news in the print media and generally believed what they read. Presently, most Americans get their news from the Internet, for free. And the uselese print media is collapsing.

Of course the good comes with the bad and blogs containing fantasy articles and deliberate lies are cheek by cheek with legitimate news sites. Even the latter are being corrupted by the power elite and so we see bleats of joy at the ascendancy of St. Hillary the Pathological Liar and snide remarks about Donald Trump.

The past performances of the Clinton woman would be enough to jail her but in our society at present, the controlled media is doing everything in its weakened power to convince the American public that Hillary is the only viable candidate.

And note that the recent initial Wikileans release of pungent and often disgusting DNC personal and private emails has vanished from the sight of mortal man.

Wikileaks has only released a few of these and there wil be more to come but, like the Panama offshore banking swindles, nothing more is to be heard or written about. None of this silence is accidental.

Unpleasant subjects that annoy the power elite or their partners in crime are never to be seen where readers might form negative opinions about hand-picked and supported politicians that are known to further the interests of the political pupped masters.

One wonders why Debbie resigned her high post so suddenly. Is there the possibility of steaming personal emails emerging that might damage the Democratic candidate in her frantic scramble for the White House?

If there are such epistles of love, lust and affection, trust it that they will never appear anywhere in the American media.

Once a newspaper publisher, always a whore.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 2, 2016:”: ship owned by a Chinese government-run company that currently operates two giant terminals at the Port of Long Beach, California was found 10 years ago to have been used to smuggle a huge cache of illegal weapons – with the smugglers saying they planned to import missiles that could “take out a 747.”

On the night of March 18, 1996, undercover Customs and BATF agents discovered 2000 AK-47’s in a container smuggled aboard the Empress Phoenix, a ship owned by the China Ocean Shipping Company [COSCO] docked at the Port of Oakland.

The guns were manufactured by another state-run company, Poly Technologies, the international outlet for Chinese weapons sales.

According to Vanity Fair magazine, which covered the episode in detail, the Empress Phoenix’s gun cargo was earmarked for sale to deadly Los Angeles street gangs.

It was the largest seizure of fully operational automatic weapons in the history of U.S. law enforcement.

Operatives nabbed after the seizure told investigators that they were ready to smuggle in everything from grenade launchers to shoulder-fired Red Parakeet surface to air missiles, which they boasted could “take out a 747.”

The Empress Phoenix episode has largely been forgotten as the debate rages over whether Dubai Ports World should be allowed to operate several dozen terminals at 21 U.S. ports.

But it begs the question, if Dubai Ports World – a company with no history of terrorism or smuggling operations into the United States – is unfit to play a role in U.S. ports management, what about Chinese companies?

In fact, the 1996 weapons smuggling operation was far from the only instance where questionable cargo has been discovered aboard COSCO vessels. Ships owned by the Chinese line have been repeatedly caught smuggling illegal immigrants in the United States.

In 2001, COSCO ships delivered weapons to Cuba, a move that triggered calls in the United States for sanctions against China, according to the Washington Times.

Still, Americans might come to regret giving COSCO the boot from U.S. port operations – a move currently favored by Sen. Hillary Clinton, who wants to ban all foreign ownership of U.S. ports.

In 2001, for instance, COSCO ships carried 434,000 containers to the United States, representing 12.1 percent of all the goods shipped between China and the United States.

Undoubtedly those numbers have increased in the last five years.

In 1998, when COSCO first tried to lease terminal space at the Port of Long Beach formerly used by the U.S. Navy, Congress blocked the deal over national security concerns.

Three years later, however, other tenants at the port vacated space and COSCO was able to build its own terminal.

Art Wong, public information officer for the Port of Long Beach, told the San Francisco Chronicle last week that COSCO now operates terminals in a joint venture with a U.S. company, Stevedoring Services of America, with the Chinese company acting as the majority lease holder with 51 percent control.

By the end of the decade, COSCO plans to expand its Long Beach facility into a giant five terminal operation covering 300 acres, according to the Long Beach Press Telegram.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. August 2, 2016: “In 1951, when Iran’s Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh nationalized the oil industry in that Mideast nation, he was deposed by a coup instigated by the CIA and the Shah came to power, assuming complete control in 1963.Thousands of Iranians, perhaps millions died during the repressive rule of the Shah and his SAVAK secret police. The Shah was finally forced out in 1979 by the Ayatollah Khomeini, who became the US’s latest foreign enemy despite the fact that he had been on the CIA payroll while living in Paris. The Shah was granted asylum in the United States.

In Guatemala in 1954, again the CIA toppled the popularly elected government of Jacobo Arbenz, which had nationalized United Fruit property.

Prominent American government officials such as former CIA Director Walter Bedell Smith, then CIA Director Allen Dulles, Secretary of State for Inter-American Affairs John Moors Cabot and Secretary of State John Foster Dulles were all closely connected to United Fruit.

An estimated 120,000 Guatemalan peasants died in the resulting military dictatorships.

Fidel Castro, with covert aid from the CIA, overthrew the military dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista and instituted sweeping land, industrial and educational reforms as well as nationalizing American businesses. Swiftly labeled a communist, the CIA then organized anti-Castro Cubans resulting in numerous attacks on Cuba and the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion in 1961. The island nation has been the object of US economic sanctions since that time.

More than 3,000 persons died in the wake of an invasion of the Dominican Republic by US Marines in 1965. The troops ostensibly were sent to prevent a communist takeover, although later it was admitted that there had been no proof of such a takeover.

Also in 1965, the US began the bombing of North Vietnam after President Johnson proclaimed the civil war there an “aggression” by the north. Two years later, American troop strength in Vietnam had grown to 380,000. US dead by the end of that Asian war totaled some 58,000 with casualties to the Vietnamese, both north and south, running more into the millions.

In 1973, the elected government of Salvador Allende in Chile was overthrown by a military coup aided by the CIA. Allende was killed and some 30,000 persons died in subsequent violence and repression, including some Americans.

In 1968, the General Suharto overthrew General Sukarno, the dictator of Indonesia, again with aid from the CIA. Suharto proved even more dictatorial and corrupt than his predecessor. A reported 800,000 people died during his regime.

Another 250,000 persons died in 1975 during the brutal invasion of East Timor by the Suharto regime aided by the US Government and Henry Kissinger.

In 1979, the powerful Somoza family, which had ruled Nicaragua since 1937, was finally overthrown and Daniel Ortega was elected president. CIA-backed Contra insurgents operating from Honduras fought a protracted war to oust the Ortega government in which an estimated 30,000 people died.

The ensuing struggle came to include such shady dealing in arms and drugs that it created a scandal in the United States called Iran-Contra, which involved selling arms to Iran and using the profits to support the Contras.

US Marines landed in Lebanon in 1982 in an attempt to preventing further bloodshed between occupying Israeli troops and the Palestine Liberation Organization.

Thousands died in the resulting civil war, including several hundred Palestinians massacred in refugee camps by Christian forces working with elements of the Israeli armed forced under Sharon.

Despite the battleship shelling of Beirut, American forces were withdrawn in 1984 after a series of bloody attacks on them.

In 1983, US troops invaded the tiny Caribbean island nation of Grenada after a leftist government was installed. The official explanation was to rescue a handful of American students who initially said they didn’t need rescuing.

For nearly 20 years, during the 1970s and 1980s, the US Government gave aid and arms to the right wing government of the Republic of El Salvador for use against it leftist enemies.

By 1988, some 70,000 Salvadorans had died.

More than one million persons died in the 15-year battle in Angola between the Marxist government aided by Cuban troops and the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola, supported by South Africa and the US Government.

When Muammur al-Qaddafi tried to socialize the oil-rich North African nation of Libya beginning with his takeover in 1969, he drew the wrath of the US Government. In 1981, it was claimed that Qaddafi had sent hit teams to the United States to assassinate President Reagan and in 1986, following the withdrawal of U.S. oil companies from Libya, an air attack was launched which missed Qaddafi but killed several people including his infant daughter.

In 1987, an Iraqi missile attack on the US frigate Stark resulted in 37 deaths.

Shortly afterward, the Iraqi president apologized for the incident.

In 1988, a US Navy ship shot down an Iranian airliner over the Persian Gulf resulting in 290 deaths. The Reagan Administration simply called it a mistake.

Thousands of freedom-seeking Chinese were killed in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square in 1989 after hardliners conferred with former President Richard Nixon on how to deal with the dissidents.

About 8,000 Panamanians died over Christmas, 1989, when President George H.W. Bush sent US troops to invade that Central American nation to arrest his former business partner, Manuel Noriega. The excuse was that Noriega was involved in the importation of drugs to the United States. U.S .News & World Report noted that in 1990, the amount of drugs moving through Panama had doubled.

Iraqi casualties, both military and civilian, totaled more than 300,000 during the short Persian Gulf War of 1991.

It has been estimated that more than one million Iraqis, including women and children, have died as a result of the continued missile and air attacks over the past decade as well as economic sanctions against that nation.

Also in 1991, the United States suspended assistance to Haiti after the election of a liberal priest sparked military action. Eventually, US troops were deployed.

In February, 2014, the CIA instigated and supported rioting and rebellion in Kiev, the Ukraine, to topple a Russia-friendly head of state. The resulting chaos resulted in over 30,000 Ukranian dead the the loss of the oil-rich Crimea.

The names of nations that have felt the brunt of US CIA and/or military activity as a result of foreign policy include Somalia, Afghanistan, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia, Brazil, Chad, Sudan, Ukraine and many others.

As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stated during the Vietnam War, “My government is the world’s leading purveyor of violence.” He did not say “my country” or “my people,” it is the government, or rather those who control it, that are responsible. Although we the distracted and unaware citizens who claim to live in a democracy must take our fair share of the blame.” Continue Reading »
