The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. December 21, 2016:”The release of the so-called ‘Panama Papers’ was originally designed to attack Vladimir Putin but instead created havoc in the ranks of American oligarchs and the entire story was immediately squelshed on their orders. No one hears much about this off-shore hideaway for the rich as a tax avoiding project. At the time the papers were released, it was put about in the American media that great revelations would soon emerge but while some politicians were embarrassed, the Amercan oligarchs did not find the subject entertaining so it died a very quick death. And the Panama Papers were followed by the Podesta Papers and in the latter case, it cost both the oligarchs and their approved presidential candidate the election.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. December 19, 2016:” No one knows precisely when the Cold War ended.  It could have been November 9th, 1989, when the Berlin Wall began to crumble.  Or a month later, on December 3rd, when President George Bush (41) and Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev convened a summit in Malta aboard the Russian cruiser Maxim Gorky.

Exactly how this war was won is less known.  Truth is, the Operations Directorate of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), ran four strategies concurrently that harmonized better than Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.  So well, in fact, that the Soviet Union collapsed ten years ahead of what CIA’s Intelligence Directorate had forecast:

Strategy One:  In the mid-1970s CIA embarked on a program to “educate” a new generation of Soviet leaders.  Hope for ending the Cold War lay with the “boomers.”  The old fogies in the Kremlin seemed to understand this, too, which is why they passed leadership to sick, dying men.  Leonid Brezhnev could barely stand for the last eight years of his life, while the Soviet system stagnated.  His successor Yuri Andropov was already dying from liver disease when he took over.  And his replacement, Konstantin Chernenko, was practically a living corpse.

Finally, at the urging of Foreign Secretary Andrei Gromyko, a younger man was chosen:  Mikhail Gorbachev.

Gorby’s closest adviser was Alexandre Yakovlev, who had probably been working for CIA since 1959 when he studied at Columbia University.  The Soviets sent their brightest brains to the United States for higher education—and many were recruited.

How was that so easy?  Most Soviets who arrived in the USA to study were smart enough to realize, despite their Leninist indoctrination, that communism as practiced in their Motherland was a cruel fraud.  CIA’s biggest challenge was getting them to return to Moscow, to climb the professional ladder.

Slowly, a network of influence was constructed in every professional arena:  politics, banking, industry, scientific research, media, and, of course, the KGB.

Slowly, in their respective arenas, moles chewed away at communist rule.

Strategy Two:  Ronald Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative (“Star Wars”) scared the Soviets stupid.  They were already spending most of their money on their military-industrial complex instead of ensuring that people got fed.  The U.S. essentially said, “Now you have to spend a whole lot more!”

The Soviets did not have a whole lot more, but were scraping to sustain what they had.  The arms race was over at that point.

And it was all based on a bluff.  The U.S. wasn’t spending anywhere near what the Soviets believed it was spending on “Star Wars.”  Through tactical disinformation, President Reagan made them believe he was capable of anything.  The CIA did not want the Soviets to give up the arms race; it wanted to bankrupt them out of existence.

After President Reagan’s “joke” into a live microphone—“We begin bombing in five minutes”–KGB Chairman Vladimir Kryuchkov convinced himself it was only a matter of time before our president would launch missiles, and Mr. Kryuchkov thus created Operation RYAN—a top priority secret mission to establish precisely when, not if, a U.S. sneak attack would occur.  Their operatives scurried around in circles trying to pinpoint something that did not exist.  It drove them nuts, while CIA proceeded with…

Strategy Three:  CIA wanted an Eastern-Bloc country that would pull off what Hungary had attempted in 1956 and Czechoslovakia twelve years later.  Soviet leaders had grown old and weary and sick, and their system had become stymied in apparatchik ineptitude.  And further quagmired in Afghanistan, a war they could never win, which depleted their military muscle and took their eye off the ball (Eastern Europe).  CIA studied the possibilities, from the Baltic to the Black Sea.  It settled on Poland, whose elements had synchronized:  A fiercely independent people devoted not to communism but Catholicism (92 percent); a dissatisfied intelligentsia; a labor force on the verge of rebellion.  All CIA had to do was stand back and watch—and be ready to jump when…

The volcano erupted in August 1980 at the shipyards in Gdansk and evolved into a Solidarity movement that paralyzed the country.  CIA saw to it that Poland’s intelligentsia jumped onto the bandwagon.  With that, the government capitulated.  But Solidarity tried to do too much too fast; a military crackdown was inevitable.  However, telecommunications had come a long way since the Prague Spring of 1968.  People the world over could see on live TV the harsh, oppressive reality of communism and martial law.

Solidarity went underground.  Through the Vatican, CIA channeled millions of dollars to the outlawed Solidarity movement, giving it technology to interrupt state TV news broadcasts with announcements like, “Don’t believe these liars!”

The Soviets, beleaguered by Afghan polo (which featured captured Russian officers as the puck), were horrified.  They knew they were looking at their own future.

Strategy Four:  CIA chipped away at the Soviet federal structure in all of the enslaved republics, from the Baltics to the Stans, firing up nationalist fervor, destabilizing the system for mass secession—an implosion.

The Soviets roundly deserved this.  Moscow had exploited all of these republics to the max, trading their natural resources for foreign currency banked in Moscow, with only a pittance trickling back to the republics.  Not only did the Kremlin not care about the people it governed, it did not care what happened to their environment.  The Aral Sea in Central Asia dried into a desert because of an ill-conceived Soviet policy to maximize Uzbekistan’s cotton crop.

The leaders of these republics did not need for CIA to point this out to them; they simply needed secret reassurance as they strove for self-determination.

Of much less help was the State Department, which wanted to deal with the republics through Moscow.  Not only was this easier for them then, say, creating new embassies and posting diplomats to Tashkent, Tbilisi, and Bishkek, etc, but it did not wish to embarrass the Kremlin.

Yet through CIA’s guidance, a new generation of leaders in the republics was poised to establish their independence.

And so the Cold War ended in late 1989.  Its demise created the erroneous impression—conveyed by Congress and the media—that the world had become safe for all Americans; time to spend less money on intelligence and security; time to become lazy and complacent—all through the 1990s.

James Joyce had a line for that:  “In moments of happiness, don’t despair, tragedy lurks around the next corner.”

Around the next corner came 9/11.

And a New Russia lorded over by a New Stalin.

And now it is the United States quagmired in Afghanistan.

President Rhetoric will presently commit 17,000 new troops to Afghanistan.  Is this the “change” his supporters envisioned?

Despite what the wisest generals tell you about this war, it can never be won.  The Russians and Chinese watch in amusement as we recklessly squander our resources—and the future of our grandchildren.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. December 19, 2016:”When the national Establishment sought to justify their defeat in the recent presidential election, they made a terrible tactical error when their poodle, the Washington Post, set up a fake “protest” site, packed it with deliberate lies and then attacked the alternative Internet news sites as being in the pocket of the Russians. That they are not ought to be obvious to even a three year old victim of autism but so arrogant and ignorant are the media poodles that they never considered that the alternative Internet news sites would return fire. They have been doing so and the Establishment propaganda machine cannot cope with them. The hitherto all-powerful groups who have controlled the United States should consider the old saying that certainty is illusion.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C. December 18, 2016:” The Internet has proven to be the greatest source of information since lunatic Christians burnt down the library of Alexandria. Anything being sought, be it an address or an in-depth analysis of Dead Sea scrolls, is there and is the main reason that the famous Encyclopedia Britannica has gone out of business.

At the same time, because it is open to one and all, the Internet is also a breeding ground for a legion of strange persons with a frantic desire to air their pet theses, themselves and their friends.

We see earnest discussions about the 1963 assassination of President Kennedy, , the Sinister Truth about Hurricane Katrina, Tesla Death Rays used to bring down the buildings of the WTC, balanced with other information proving beyone a shadow of a doubt that Russian bombers were used. We also discover the evil plottings of the Illuminiati, a group that has been long gone, or that the Rothschild banking house had taken over the whole world. And from one source, now long  vanished, we discover that Houston was destroyed by a nuclear bomb set off by Jewish radicals or that the Fukishima disaster was really caused by an Israeli submarine, using German-made nuclear torpedos!

Yes, the Internet can entertain as well as inform.

But the fact that the Internet has many independent news sites means the diminution of the print media and the television news stations. Since these are the propaganda control for the oligarchy, there is great distress in board rooms and from them to the halls of Congress. They would like to shut off the Internet so that the stupid, and tax-paying public can only see what they are supposed to and not what might be the truth.

Obama and Cass Sunstein tried to shut down anyone who dared to interfere with the propaganda machinery but they were not successful. Even a furious Hillary and her machinery can’t do it and if they continue to try, there will be very serious public reactions indeed.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C.  December 17, 2016: “The CIA thinks of itself as the only assemblage of brilliant people whom the American public must depend on if America is going to maintain her position as economic leader of the entire world. Instigate a revolution here, a war there, an assignation somewhere else and Liberty can plant her corporate seeds in the torn-up fields. But the CIA is not as clever as it thinks. When the CIA-maintained Ukranian government was headed by a pro-Russian president, the CIA instigated the business in Kiev and even had their marksmen shoot dead a few protesters so that this would supply the incentive for Columbia the Gem of the Ocean to intervene. Instead of laying American hands on the oil rich Crimea and the former Russian naval base, they got nothing. The evil Putin got all of it instead. Now, the Ukraine is having serious economic problems and is no longer useful so the mass of CIA operatives in Kiev all have boarded official aircraft to return home for Christmas their families and to await their next assignments. The Ukranians? Too bad they seem to be having problems but now we can concentrate in stirring up the stupid Turks against Putin and his evil robot bear.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C.  December 16, 2016: “There exists a loose aggregation of internet information sites that is often spoken of as the ‘Deep Internet.’

It is not possible for government snoops to access because it is compartmented and subject to strict secrecy.

There is a small branch of the NSA who have been vainly attempting to crack into the sites but so far, they are not able to do so.

It is on these loosely connected sites that advanced computer people communicate and highly sensitive information is passed from group to group.

The story, found on all establishment-controlled print, and television, media is that Russia “hacked” into the DNC files, extracting sufficient negative information to tilt the last presidential election.

This story is pure invention but spread about to explain the destruction of one arm of the triumvirate that controls the United States propaganda machine.

One branch of this machine is the captive and controlled media.

Another are the government agencies established to observe, and report, on almost every aspect of American life and the third are the business oligarchs and their allies who dictate official policy.

The Deep Internet has been circulating more and more highly negative information to its participants and little by little, much of this is beginning to surface.

There is a story that Senator McCain, while a prisoner of the Viet Cong, sold out to Russian KGB people in return for decent medical treatment of his injuries.

There is another story that President Obama is involved in a social scandal that happened when he was in Chicago, the so-called Boystown episodes.

There are similar highly negative reports about the private lives of various very influential members of Congress and sexual and business-connected abuses by very highly-placed members of the national business oligarchs.

None of this potentially devastating information comes from the Russians.

It comes from dissatisfied insiders, often called Whistleblowers.

That the Russians can access some of this growing lake of liquid manure is probable and that the public will learn of it in coming months, and years, is absolutely certain.

The oligarchs, obedient media and establishment are an entrenched entity and in military science, an entrenched enemy is a defeated enemy when faced with a fluid, and often unseen, opponent.

Believe that fear of exposure and subsequent economic and political destruction will drive these hitherto all-powerful controllers into a frenzy of attempted prevention and punishment.

An empire in decay always turns away from external aggression to internal. Remember, children, that the Watchbird is watching you!” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C.  December 15, 2016: “For many years, the country has been run by a combination of oligarchs and cooperative politicians and the public, the taxpayers, are basicially ignored and kept in a state of peaceful ignorance by a thoroughly controlled print media. The advent of the Internet and the growth of many and varied news sites has fatally damaged the print media and its maniputaltions and all of this resulted in the defeat of Clinton. Now, those who have lost out by not having an Oval Office occupied by a paid hack are recovering from their stunning defeat and franticially trying to find someone outside their groups to blame. All their frantic and obviously fictional accusations will accomplish will be to futher drive the public away from what is basicially crude propaganda.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C.  December 14, 2016:”he American government, in a l of its branches, ois supported by the income from the tax-payers. Paying annual taxes in so arrainged that the public has little to do with it. Tax monies are deducted by the employer and sent to Washington. The biggest share of all these billions goes to the US military and has for many years. Like all agencies, the military loves to expand so that each year there are more justifications for higher payments. And we have more and more small wars, threats of wars and demands for more and more military equipment that costs an enormous amount of tax-payers money and more often than not, does not work properly, or at all. The advent of the political outside, Donald Trump has frightened those who suck off the public tit but none are more alarmed than the military. Politicians can vote against him and oligarchs can support politicians with more bribe money to support their views but the military can only bluster and threaten. In alliance with the warmongering Neo-Cons, they can postulate threats present and future so we can all look for signs of violence to our national security on Tonga or the Maldives very soon now.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C.  December 13, 2016:”To use an old German phrase, the shovel is full. The shovel here is the cooperation between organs of the government, major business oligarchs and the national press media. This cooperation, wherein news of a nature that displeases the controllers is never reported and propaganda in support of any, or all, of the leaders’ policies is given above-the-fold prominence. At the present time we see a clear example of this in the frantic attempts on the part of losing Democrats and their allies in the business world about their loss of the White House. Feeble attempts at recounts of votes has fallen flat, rejected by the courts, so now we see grotesque reports that the CIA claims Russia was behind the decline and fall of the liberals. There are citizens who would believe anything they read in the news media or see on the equallyu-controlled television industry but their numbers are rapidly diminishing. While it is true that there is often too much of a good thing, also it is true there is too much of a bad.” Continue Reading »

The Voice of the White House

Washington, D.C.  December 12, 2016:”The notorious CIA is now putting its nose into the last Presidential elections by making obviously false claims that somehow the evil Russians were responsible for the WikiLeaks release of many amoral DNC documents. Given its terrible record of chronic lying, instigations of rebellion in foreign countries, numerous murders of people the CIA does not like, fake reports, involvement in the drug business, subversion of foreign intelligence agencies to further their policies (such as British intelligence and the German BND which is heavily infiltrated by the CIA) to believe anything the CIA claims as fact would be serious error. A long (4000+ names) list of CIA friendly foreign and domestic persons, such as the news media, foreign intelligence, foreign and domestic banking persona has appeared and can be viewed at this link:   ” Continue Reading »
