The Voice of the White House
Washington, D.C. November 23, 2019:“Working in the White House as a junior staffer is an interesting experience.
When I was younger, I worked as a summer-time job in a clinic for people who had moderate to severe mental problems and the current work closely, at times, echos the earlier one.
I am not an intimate of the President but I have encountered him from time to time and I daily see manifestations of his growing psychological problems.
He insults people, uses foul language, is frantic to see his name mentioned on main-line television and pays absolutely no attention to any advice from his staff that runs counter to his strange ideas.
He lies like a rug to everyone, eats like a hog, makes lewd remarks to female staffers and flies into rages if anyone dares to contradict him.
It is becoming more and more evident to even the least intelligent American voter that Trump is vicious, corrupt and amoral. He has stated often that even if he loses the election in 2020, he will not leave the White House. I have news for Donald but this is not the place to discuss it.
Commentary for November 23:” “Five surgeons are discussing who makes the best patients to operate on.
The first surgeon says, ‘I like to see accountants on my operating table, because when you open them up, everything inside is numbered.’
The second responds, ‘Yeah, but you should try electricians! Everything inside them is color coded.’
The third surgeon says, ‘No, I really think librarians are the best; everything inside them is in alphabetical order.’
The fourth surgeon chimes in: ‘You know, I like construction workers…those guys always understand when you have a few parts left over at the end, and when the job takes longer than you said it would.’
But the fifth surgeon shut them all up when he observed: ‘You’re all wrong! Politicians are the easiest to operate on. They have no guts, no heart, no balls, no brains and no spine, plus, the head and the ass are interchangeable.’
And here is interesting information, from a source whose son works in the Trump-controlled Justice Department, that there are on the drawing board, plans to implement a so-called “National Security State.”
This bit of fascistic nonsense is not new but has been updated and is now waiting for the “right moment.” This moment is stated to be a response to the next serious terrorist incident within the US.A protocol of this report is available but all I have is a listing at this point in time.
This plan calls for:
1.Federal control of all domestic media, the internet, all computerized records, through overview of all domestic fax, mail and telephone conversations,
2.A national ID card, universal SS cards being mandatory,
3.Seizure and forced deportation of all illegal aliens, including millions of Mexicans and Central Americans, intensive observation and penetration of Asian groups, especially Indonesian and Chinese,
4.A reinstitution of a universal draft (mandatory service at 18 years for all male American youths…based on the German Arbeitsdienst)
5. Closer coordination of administration views and domestic policies with various approved religious groups,
6. An enlargement of the current “no travel” lists drawn up in the Justice Department that prevents “subversive” element from flying, (this list will include “peaceniks” and most categories of Muslims)
7. The automatic death penalty for any proven acts of sedition,
8. The forbidding of abortion, any use of medical marijuana,
9. Any public approval of homosexual or lesbian behavior to include magazines, websites, political action groups and so on.
There are about a hundred other categories and I am stressing that these plans are not going to be implemented unless, and until, there is an overriding excuse for them at which time the public will see the need to be protected. Once the lid goes on, it will not come off voluntarily.”

Trump impeachment: Pompeo, Giuliani and Parnas at heart of new revelations
Documents reveal Pompeo-Giuliani links as Parnas reportedly willing to testify Devin Nunes met with ex-Ukrainian official
November 23, 2019
by Martin Pengelly in New York and agencies
The Guardian
A cache of state department documents and a CNN report dealt twin blows to Republicans defending Donald Trump late on Friday, until then a relatively quiet day in the impeachment inquiry after a week of dramatic public hearings.
Documents released by the state department in response to a freedom of information lawsuit showed secretary of state Mike Pompeo talked with former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani, commonly described as Trump’s personal lawyer, on 26 March and 29 March this year, months before the US ambassador to Ukraine was abruptly recalled.
Pompeo, widely reported to be considering leaving the Trump administration to run for Senate in Kansas, has been repeatedly linked to Giuliani’s apparently extra-governmental work in Ukraine, work which sits at the heart of the impeachment inquiry.
CNN’s Cuomo Prime Time, meanwhile, reported that a lawyer for Lev Parnas, one of two Soviet-born American associates of Giuliani indicted on campaign finance charges, said his client was willing to tell Congress about meetings between Devin Nunes, the top Republican on the House intelligence committee, and a former Ukrainian prosecutor general in Vienna in 2018, allegedly held to discuss digging up dirt on Joe Biden.
Trump’s attempts to pressure Ukraine into investigating Biden and a conspiracy theory about Ukrainian interference in the 2016 US election – rather than Russian – sit at the heart of the impeachment inquiry.
In televised hearings, US officials have outlined what Democrats claim is Trump’s extensive abuse of power, among such behaviour the move to recall the ambassador, Marie Yovanovitch. She testified last week.
Nunes has led Republicans’ defence of the president, deriding the hearings as a circus and the charges against the president as a politically motivated sham.
ovanovitch told House investigators she felt kneecapped by a smear campaign Giuliani led against her. She was withdrawn from Ukraine in May.
Austin Evers, executive director of American Oversight, said the documents his group obtained reveal a clear paper trail from Giuliani to Trump to Pompeo, in order to enable the moves against Yovanovitch.
“We can see why Mike Pompeo has refused to release this information to Congress,” he told the Associated Press. “It reveals a clear paper trail from Rudy Giuliani to the Oval Office to Secretary Pompeo to facilitate Giuliani’s smear campaign against a US ambassador.”
The documents released late on Friday included a report, apparently on Trump hotel stationery, that appears to summarise an interview on 23 January 2019 with Ukraine’s former prosecutor general, Victor Shokin. The summary says Giuliani, Parnas and Igor Fruman were present.
Parnas and Fruman were arrested last month on a four-count indictment that includes charges of conspiracy, making false statements to the Federal Election Commission and falsification of records. Both pleaded not guilty.
Both had key roles in Giuliani’s efforts to launch a Ukrainian corruption investigation against Biden, a leading contender for the Democratic presidential nomination, and his son Hunter. In the document about the 23 January meeting, Shokin claims he was removed from his position under pressure from Biden.
A second memo appears to be a summary of an interview with Yuri Lutsenko, also a former prosecutor general of Ukraine, conducted in the presence of Giuliani, Parnas and Fruman. Lutsenko is quoted raising questions about compensation that Hunter Biden received from the Ukrainian oil company Burisma.
There is no evidence that Hunter Biden or his father did anything wrong in Ukraine.
Parnas remains under House arrest in Florida. He has previously indicated, through his lawyers, a willingness to tell his side of the story and comply with the House impeachment inquiry.
The CNN report about Nunes quoted the attorney Joseph A Bondy as saying Parnas was told directly by Shokin that he met Nunes, intelligence committee chair until the Democrats retook the House in the 2018 midterms, in Vienna last December.
It followed a report by the Daily Beast on Thursday which said Parnas helped arrange meetings and calls for Nunes in Europe in late 2018. Citing congressional records, the Beast said Nunes traveled to Europe from 30 November to 3 December with three aides, at a cost of $63,000.
Bondy told CNN Parnas wanted to speak to the House intelligence committee, and tweeted a hint such negotiations had begun.
CNN is one of Trump’s favourite targets for “fake news” invective. It said it asked Nunes for comment on Thursday, as he was leaving an impeachment hearing.
“To be perfectly clear, I don’t acknowledge any questions from you in this lifetime or the next lifetime,” Nunes said. “I don’t acknowledge any question from you ever.”
Later on Friday, the far-right website Breitbart News said it had “learned exclusively” that the California representative intended to sue the Beast and CNN.
“These demonstrably false and scandalous stories published by the Daily Beast and CNN are the perfect example of defamation and reckless disregard for the truth,” Nunes said. “Some political operative offered these fake stories to at least five different media outlets before finding someone irresponsible enough to publish them.”
CNN and the Beast, he said, would “find themselves in court soon after Thanksgiving”.

Lawmakers introduce bill to help police access digital evidence during investigations
November 22, 2019
by Emily Birnbaum
The Hill
Rep. Val Demings (D-Fla.) on Friday introduced bipartisan legislation to help police officers learn how to access digital evidence, including data and online messages, during investigations.
The Technology in Criminal Justice Act, which is co-sponsored by a bipartisan group of lawmakers, would create a new office at the Department of Justice to educate state and local law enforcement agencies about how to sift through digital evidence — on phones and computers — in a way that does not flout the law.
The legislation would also create a federal center to serve as a central clearinghouse providing training, tech expertise and legal assistance on gathering digital evidence. The so-called Center of Excellence for Digital Forensics would maintain a library of analytic and forensic tools to help police officers during criminal investigations, and it would offer advice on how to lawfully request any digital information.
“As a former law enforcement officer, I have seen first-hand the importance of digital evidence as we work to keep our communities safe and hold people accountable,” Demings said in a statement. “Digital evidence has been crucial in cases ranging from financial crimes to child endangerment.”
“Only with proper training can we ensure that communities are being kept safe and that officers know both the techniques and the most up-to-date practices to protect both the safety and the privacy of the communities they serve,” she said, adding that all law enforcement agencies should have “the tools and training needed to follow the evidence, physical or digital, wherever it leads.”
The Technology in Criminal Justice Act would mainly help train and inform local and state law enforcement agencies about the most effective ways to gather digital evidence, allowing them access to a much larger breadth of government-sanctioned resources and programs on the issue.
Demings’s bill emerges just as the Justice Department has ramped up its ongoing battle with Silicon Valley over how much data law enforcement should be allowed to access from the tech giants to aid criminal investigations.
The agency held a summit earlier this year about the potential dangers of encrypted technology, just as Facebook plans to incorporate encryption for all of its various platforms that are used by more than 2 billion people around the world.
Attorney General William Barr joined with then-acting Homeland Security Secretary Kevin McAleenan and his counterparts in the United Kingdom and Australia last month to call on Facebook to hold off on those plans until the company can satisfy their concerns and enable law enforcement to access the private communications of suspects.
The legislation introduced Friday would create a federal advisory board to coordinate between the tech industry and law enforcement agencies on “best practices” around gathering digital evidence.Lawmakers introduce bill to help police access digital evidence during investigations
“It is time that our state and local law enforcement finally receive the training and resources necessary to adapt to the ever-evolving digital technologies to help ensure public safety in a 21st century America,” Rep. Brian Babin (R-Texas) said in a statement.

The Season of Evil
by Gregory Douglas

Preface
This is in essence a work of fiction, but the usual disclaimers notwithstanding, many of the horrific incidents related herein are based entirely on factual occurrences.
None of the characters or the events in this telling are invented and at the same time, none are real. And certainly, none of the participants could be considered by any stretch of the imagination to be either noble, self-sacrificing, honest, pure of motive or in any way socially acceptable to anything other than a hungry crocodile, a professional politician or a tax collector.
In fact, the main characters are complex, very often unpleasant, destructive and occasionally, very entertaining.
To those who would say that the majority of humanity has nothing in common with the characters depicted herein, the response is that mirrors only depict the ugly, evil and deformed things that peer into them
There are no heroes here, only different shapes and degrees of villains and if there is a moral to this tale it might well be found in a sentence by Jonathan Swift, a brilliant and misanthropic Irish cleric who wrote in his ‘Gulliver’s Travels,”
“I cannot but conclude the bulk of your natives to be the most odious race of little pernicious vermin that Nature ever suffered to crawl upon the surface of the earth.”
Swift was often unkind in his observations but certainly not inaccurate.

Chapter 6
As they staggered through the parking lot under the load of precious metals, Lars said, “I don’t think anyone saw us. You really want to go back?”
“Why not? We’re clean, dad, and if we don’t go back, Marvin the Snitch will tell everyone we must have robbed the place. I think I will turn the tables on him. And don’t cross in the middle of the street. We don’t want to get snatched for jaywalking. Let’s be law-abiding, shall we?”
“How much do we have here, Chuck? I think I strained my back.”
“We can get a Chinese massage expert to jump up and down on it for you, Lars.”
“I hope you mean a woman, Chuck. I don’t want some man jumping on my back.”
“Listen, I’ll go out and get two nice ten year olds to give you a rubdown. Does that make you happy?”
“Why do you have to make fun of me all the time?”
“I’m sadistic. Here’s the car and let’s load it up and then we can return to the scene of the crime.”
The restaurant, called “The Anxious Salamander”, was run by a retired Eurasian prostitute named Snowflower Wong and specialized in bad sandwiches, worse coffee and warm soft drinks in the front and cocaine and amphetamines in the back. It was the favorite gathering place for the Winrod’s employees because the food was cheap but none of them could have afforded a single snort of any kind of coke.
Chuck was absolutely right. When the frantic staff saw several customers going into the store, they arose as a body and stampeded down the sidewalk, Chuck well in the rear and Lars left behind, peering into the window of a book store, gazing at a selection of junior tots aerobic manuals.
No one knew who opened the store but assumed that either Art or Estelle had returned. They were the only ones with keys and none of the employees, saving one, knew how to turn off the burglar alarm.
Chuck waited on a number of customers while Lars busied himself in his cubicle, working on a backlog of watches needing repair.
At 1 p.m., both of them took their regular lunch break.
“What now, Chuck?” said Lars as they went into the coffee shop. He took a small cell phone from his pocket, a phone he had bought as a paid-up item that could not be traced to him.
“I’m going to make a phone call.”
And the phone call was to the Brentwood police, announcing that Iranian terrorists had taken over the shop and were demanding two million dollars not to blow it and all the contents up into the air.
Thirty minutes later, while the pair were eating cold, rubbery croissants Ms Wong had purchased from the two-day old charity bakery goods shop and sipping bad coffee, the street suddenly filled with sound and motion with the arrival of many police cars, vans, armored vehicles and even more television trucks and camera crews while above everything were a fleet of hovering helicopters.
The redecorators enjoyed the activity as the police fired tear gas into the building, shattering the windows and causing the terrified occupants to begin a loud chorus of choking screeches that were drowned out by booming, unintelligible shouts through the police bullhorns.
“The first day back to work is always depressing, Lars, but I would say that doesn’t really apply to us.”
“Look, Chuck, they have fat Debbie on the sidewalk and Marvin has a really bloody nose!”
“Probably because he looks like a rag head. And don’t worry about Debbie on the sidewalk. She spends so much of her time flat on her back I’m sure she’s used to it. Maybe if she’s lucky, a nice policeman will take off his pants and poke his nightstick into her cave of love. Unless you want more coffee, I suggest we take advantage of the distractions and make a quiet exit.”
This was not easily accomplished because the entire neighborhood jammed the sidewalks, staring with lip-licking pleasure at the violence that was even more entertaining than the usual television fare. When everyone had been removed from the vicinity by one means or another, the FBI was still on the scene, taking pictures and dusting the parked cars along the street for fingerprints.
Lying on the sidewalk in splendid isolation were a pair of false teeth that a terrified customer had lost while having a grand mal seizure at the curb.
“You see, Osvald,” Chuck said as they drove along the freeway towards the Valley, “when someone finds out that the store was looted, they won’t know whom to blame. The police, as usual, will be the prime suspects and they will blame the staff. I’ll bet fat Debbie could shove the safe into her joy box and still have enough room for two cops, a helicopter, Art’s desk and a double-wide trailer. Oh, they won’t sort that one out for a long time but when the others get tighter sphincters, they will remember us at the restaurant and not in the store. Or at least I hope so. Now, shall we go to my apartment, which I had the foresight to rent under the name of my dead cousin, and see exactly how much we got away with?”
Just before they took the freeway off ramp, they were passed at some speed by two cars whose occupants were shooting at each other. The lead car, lowered to less than a foot from the pavement, was filled with Mexicans wearing red bandannas and firing to the rear as they went, like the hunter in “Peter and the Wolf” while the day-glo red Cadillac behind them was packed with equally festive blacks all adorned in purple knit caps and strange clothing, spraying everything ahead of them with Chinese-made machine guns like a drunk with a garden hose.
This is what the nightly news liked to refer to as “Gang Related Activity” and while it tended to create havoc on the freeways of Los Angeles County, it was becoming so common that neither Chuck or Lars paid any attention to it. The use of flamethrowers or rocket projectors might have elicited a different response, but mere broadsides of automatic weapons fire in public places was something the inhabitants of the City of Angels had grown used to.
They drove past dozens of fading strip malls and through a neighborhood with mangy palm trees and dead lawns. Los Angeles was enduring one of its increasing bouts with lengthy drought and water could not be used for landscaping. Ten minutes from the freeway shooting gallery, they drove into the parking lot of Chuck’s apartment house.

The Family: The Octopus of God

In an age when dissatisfaction with systems of governance is becoming a daily norm, the public has become more and more interested in conspiracy theories that purport to expose various misdeeds of governance and its various organs and purported accomplices.
We have seen an enormous body of revisionist literature arise, dealing with the assassination of President Kennedy, and as that topic slid down and away from public interest, another issue rose to prominence speculation and fictive writing. This was the September 11, 2001 attack by Saudi terrorists on various targets in the United State.
Invented stories about “robot aircraft,” “’Nano thermite’ controlled explosions,” and other theories, many verging on the lunatic, sprang up and proliferated. While most of these entertainments were the product of inventive minds and eagerly accepted by a public that felt betrayed by their government and the upper levels of the national economic structure, a number of stories were very obviously clever insertions of deliberate disinformation from the very same power elite.
One of the recurring themes of the conspiracy claques is that of the existence of a secret society, or organization, that is somehow able to exert powerful but behind-the-scenes control over all aspects of governance. One of the favorites has been the Illuminati. This was originally a German association, formed in 1776 by one Adam Weishaupt, a Freemason and law professor at the University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria.
The original Illuminati, then called the Order of Perfectibilists, and later became a secret society dedicated to the overthrow of both established governments and religions, specifically the Catholics. Eventually, Weishaubt made enough noise that the Bavarian Elector, Karl Theodor, outlawed them and forced Weishaupt to move to Gotha where he finished his life by writing books and abstaining from anti-establishment activities.
Weishaupt’s disbanded organization has become the inspiration for several generations of conspiracy inventors and because Weishaupt spoke of a single world government, ruled by men of honor and intellect (obviously impossible in any age), the conspiracy people have talked about a New World Order which might be satisfying and even desired but would be impossible of execution. To this mythic entity is ascribed all manner of manipulations and plottings
In addition to the Illuminati, fiction theorists have also targeted the Rothschild banking house and the Bilderburger banker’s association as being the controlling forces behind all the governments of the world. In the United States, one can add the Council on Foreign Relations, the fraternal Skull and Bones society, the Federal Reserve and a legion of quite harmless associations to the conspiracy mix.
In the background, however, only dimly seen and then only by established intelligence and counter-intelligence agencies, exists a very genuine, and very dangerous, secret organization that wields far more actual power than any of the imaginary creations of the Internet..
This is a power group, posing as a religious organization, and who, with its various associated sub-groups, pose a critical threat to the American democratic system., It is a Washington-based organization known as both ‘The Fellowship’, and ‘The Family’. This group, and its allies, the Dominionists and the Neo-Templars, basically control the American Congress, the Department of State, and have “very important” connections at the top levels of the Central Intelligence Agency.and the American military. The Family’s goal, according to one secret internal document, is to create a “hidden structure” of “national and international world leaders bound together relationally by a mutual love for God and the family.” The first hallmark of this theocratic clandestine organisation is their unquestioning reliance on the Bible in all matters, to the complete exclusion of any other authority, secular or otherwise The second is their insistence on a faith in Christ as one’s personal Lord and Savior, again, to the exclusion of any other entity.
The Fellowship’s known participants include ranking United States government officials, both elected and appointed, corporate executives, heads of religious and humanitarian aid organizations, ambassadors and high ranking politicians from across the world. Many United States Senators and Congressmen have publicly acknowledged working with the Fellowship or are documented as having done so and work together to pass or influence legislation.
This organization fetishizes power by comparing Jesus to “Lenin, Ho Chi Minh, Bin Laden” as examples of leaders who change the world through the strength of the covenants they had forged with their “brothers.”The agenda of the Fellowship becomes much clearer when it is realized that Fellowship leader Douglas Coe preaches a personal commitment to Jesus Christ very and specifically comparable to the blind devotion that Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Chairman Mao, and Pol Pot demanded from their followers. In one videotaped lecture series in 1989, Coe said:
“Hitler, Goebbels and Himmler were three men. Think of the immense power these three men had…But they bound themselves together in an agreement…Two years before they moved into Poland, these three men had…systematically a plan drawn out…to annihilate the entire Polish population and destroy by numbers every single house…every single building in Warsaw and then to start on the rest of Poland.” Coe added that it worked; they killed six and a half million “Polish people.”
Though he calls Nazis “these enemies of ours,” he compares their commitment to Jesus’ demands: “Jesus said, ‘You have to put me before other people. And you have to put me before yourself.’ Hitler, that was the demand to be in the Nazi party. You have to put the Nazi party and its objectives ahead of your own life and ahead of other people.”
Coe also compared Jesus’s teachings to the Red Guard during the Chinese Cultural Revolution
. Fellowship members are taught the leadership lessons of Hitler, Lenin and Mao and that their genocide allegations wasn’t an issue for them, it was the strength that they emulated that was of vitasl importance.
The Fellowship is associated with an organization called ‘C Street’, which has drawn national attention for its connections to the extra-marital affairs of Senator John Ensign and Governor Mark Sanford.
Prominent evangelical Christians have described the organization as one of the most, or the most, politically well-connected ministries in the world.
American lawmakers have mentioned The Fellowship more than any other organization when asked to name a ministry with the most influence on their faith.
In 1977, four years after he had converted to Christianity, Fellowship member and convicted Watergate conspirator Charles Colson described the group as a “veritable underground of Christ’s men all through the U.S. government.”
